NOVAPURA / POLICY

Shipping Policy

  1. We ship only within the United States. We do not ship outside the United States.
  2. Carriers and service levels: Novapura may use USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All shipments are tracked. Estimated transit is carrier-provided and is not guaranteed.
  3. Shipping cost: $15.00 flat per order. Shipping is free for orders of $100.00 or more.
  4. Promotion — ends 11/01/2026: use code PEPTIDES at checkout for free shipping on US orders of $35.00 or more. This promotion is in addition to the standard rule in item 3; when it ends, the standard rule continues unchanged.
  5. Order cutoff: orders placed by 2:00 PM ET (America/New_York) on a business day ship the same business day. All other orders ship within 1–2 business days.
  6. Tracking is provided by email when the carrier issues tracking information.
  7. Signature on delivery is optional and costs an additional $7.15 when selected.
  8. Packages use discreet exterior packaging. This policy makes no cold-chain, temperature-control, or special-handling claim.
  9. Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments: contact support@novapuralabs.com within 24 hours with your order number and photos when available. Documented transit damage qualifies for resolution.
