Materials supplied through Novapura are research materials. The following uses are prohibited. By purchasing, you represent that neither you nor any third party will use any material for:

• Human consumption, application, or administration in any form, including ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or self-experimentation;
• Veterinary use in any animal;
• Diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or medical use in any living organism;
• Use as a drug, dietary supplement, food, food additive, or cosmetic;
• Household use;
• Resale, redistribution, or repackaging for sale to any third party without Novapura's prior written consent.

Do not remove, obscure, alter, or replace any Novapura label, seal, or product identifier, and do not relabel, rebrand, or represent any Novapura product as your own or as another manufacturer's product.

Product descriptions, purity figures, certificates of analysis, and technical information are not instructions, recommendations, or endorsements for any prohibited use, including dosing or administration.

Violation of this policy is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of member access and cancellation of pending orders.
